中信人壽與宏利人壽結合案　公平會不禁止

有關中信人壽與宏利人壽申報結合案，公平交易委員會審查認為，對於市場結構並沒有明顯改變，也沒有顯著限制競爭疑慮，因此不禁止其結合。

公平會表示，中信人壽是中國信託金融控股公司100%持股的子公司，中信人壽擬受讓英屬百慕達商宏利人壽台灣分公司全部營業及財產，為水平結合型態，主要市場為人身保險市場。

公平會指出，審查結果認為，中信人壽與宏利人壽結合並沒有顯著增加市場集中度，且保險業者營業規模差距甚大，中信人壽在結合後的市場占有率約3.86%，應不致對競爭產生實質減損，也沒有顯著限制競爭疑慮，依公平交易法第12條第1項規定不禁止其結合。
