警車與15歲少女嘿咻　警賠家屬50萬獲緩刑

【蔣永佑／台北報導】北市士林分局已婚前偵查員吳承洋（42歲），前年辦案認識1名15歲少女，之後2人頻繁出遊並交往，吳員竟在前年11月至去年1月間，9度在汽車旅館及警車上與少女發生性關係，直到少女吸毒被少年輔育院收容，輔導員發現她日記中記載與吳男歷次性愛時間、地點才東窗事發。
 
吳員被檢方起訴後，已遭警方停職。由於他坦承犯行，士林地院考量2人確有情愫才交往，且吳員已與少女母親以50萬元和解，因此判處他徒刑2年，緩刑5年，緩刑期間並交付保護管束，保護管束期間不得與少女有任何聯絡、接觸、騷擾。
