嘉義國中80歲生日　時光樹留念

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義國中今天歡度80周年校慶，邀市長黃敏惠返回母校同聚，除了8層蛋糕慶生，同時為時光樹「嘉『憶』之約」雕塑揭幕及校史室揭牌，另有師生書畫展，校慶低碳環保園遊會，近200位退休教師和老校友返校同慶，場面熱鬧溫馨。
 
身為畢業校友的黃敏惠，與學弟妹、學長姐們歡慶嘉義國中80周年生日。除與藝術家王文志一同為時光樹揭幕，並到懿文館1樓校史室揭牌。黃市長在校史室中，遇到國中時期美術老師蔡國英，由電腦數位展上看到40年前的畢業紀念冊，與好友青春洋溢、活潑可愛的生活照，旁人大讚有如電影中的「沈佳宜」，黃敏惠忍不住笑得開心。
 
校慶時光樹「嘉『憶』之約」，由藝術家王文志所設計，樹底下封藏嘉義國中師生「給20年後的自己」一封信，有近1700封共同築夢，預計2033年百年校慶時，相約返校開啟。
