〔自由時報記者吳仁捷／新北報導〕男子陳昶馹等人因酒後搶搭計程車，與楊明達等人起衝突，陳嫌事後透過臉書撂來30多輛機車，5日颱風夜與楊嫌「拚輸贏」，混亂中，陳嫌朝一輛轎車連開3槍，擊中張姓男子手臂，張男不敢報警，警方獲報追查3天，陳嫌8日深夜持槍到案。

警方調查，24歲陳嫌在臉書上撂人，還要同夥們別遲到，透露「我跟死神有講好，別讓他們（對方）太晚去報到！」

在他號召下，40多人分乘30多輛機車，5日晚間不顧菲特颱風來襲，到當天清晨引發衝突的新北市板橋區溪崑二街某KTV對面埋伏，見楊明達等人只開5輛車前來，40多名機車族一擁而上。

混亂間，陳昶馹與另一名同夥掏出2把槍，企圖壓制對方，一陣扭打後，2槍手朝車內連開3槍，陳嫌8日深夜帶槍投案，但警方掌握仍有1名槍手在逃，擴大追捕中。
