信義9月營收 重返10億大關

受到房市回溫的影響，房仲業龍頭信義房屋（9940）9 月營收為10.47億元，業績持續高檔不墜，重回10億大關，月增約9%、年增65.5%，累計前3季營收90.01億元，年增 43.7%。法人預估，今年信義營收有機會挑戰120億元大關，創歷史新高。

受惠於今年上半年房交投熱絡，今年自3月起，以核心都會區為主要深耕區域的信義房屋，營收即連續6個月突破10億元大關，創下歷史紀錄，8月受農曆七月、奢侈稅議題延燒的影響，單月營收一度跌落至9.61億元，9月則重回10億元大關，信義表示，來自仲介業務營收持續穩定，主要仍為來自淡海「宏盛新世界」代銷業務入帳約1.5億元，是今年以來的單月新高。

今天信義股價收盤52.7元，上漲0,2元。隨第4季進入傳統購屋旺季，以及代銷事業入帳豐厚，法人認為，第4季業績仍較第3季具成長性，以今年每月營收約10億元估算，今年信義營收有機會挑戰120億元，創公司創辦以來新高。
