佩甄每月「進廠」吃燕窩保養

小禎和佩甄一同上超視《請你跟我這樣過》談抗老保養，兩人都坦承每月起碼進廠保養一次，除此之外更強調內、外兼具，佩甄更每日吃珍珠粉和燕窩，小禎則是靠天然水果來調養身體。

小禎每個月做一次電波拉皮，還推薦含玻尿酸的保養品、加強保濕。她在飲食方面則相當重視蔬果的營養，每天都吃多種水果或打成汁，但她笑說女兒太愛喝蔬果汁，甚至過量到皮膚都變黃，讓相當擔心。

身為醫師娘的佩甄不忘推廣醫美的好處，稱自己每月一定進廠保養，保持體態。就連保養品的選擇，她也選擇現在最夯的產品，還講得頭頭是道，「我們都知道膠原蛋白對皮膚的效用，但膠原蛋白分子太大不好吸收，所以最新的技術是胜肽。」狂為老公王祚軒打廣告。
