荷蘭推動全民做義工　父母住養老院

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】荷蘭國王亞歷山大(Willem-Alexander)上月發表社會改革理念，表示將推動荷蘭從典型福利國家，變成「參與式社會」，讓公民都能有「社會道德責任」，以減省政府福利開支。其中一項措施為國民必須到社福機構做義工，以換取未來父母住進養老院時，能選到好位子。

該政策近日已經開始試行，但開始有人批評這項政策可能會導致人民過勞。但也有議員建議，政策應該實行更徹底。
