今日天氣／輻射冷卻作用　早晚溫差近十度

中央氣象局指出，今天(27日)東北季風會逐漸減弱，轉為偏東風，水氣仍較少，各地大多是可以見到陽光的穩定天氣，只有東半部地區和北部山區可能有零星的小雨。

白天的高溫會比昨天略高，預測北部及東半部地區約25、26度，中南部地區約28到29度，感覺舒適；但早晚輻射冷卻作用明顯，還是會比較涼，預測的低溫北部地區大約17、18度，中部地區甚至只有16度上下，南部及東半部地區則在18到20度之間，中南部地區的日夜溫差相當大，請注意氣溫的變化，並適時增減衣物。

最後提醒大家，沿海空曠地區以及各個外島還是可能出現8到9級的強陣風，也有較大浪高，若要前往海邊活動請務必注意安全。
