【動新聞】遊覽車衝坡坎　進香團1死19傷

【胡治言／綜合報導】一輛載有43名乘客的進香團遊香車，昨上午行經新竹縣北埔鄉竹67縣道一處陡降坡時突然失控，衝上路邊坡坎並撞毀一排果園圍籬，造成1名乘客摔出車外當場死亡，另有19人受傷送醫。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，警方調查，該遊覽車行經竹67縣道下坡彎道失控，於2公里處撞上路邊果園坡坎，導致王顏阿友（76歲）飛出車外死亡，經丈量車體右側磨地痕跡10.2公尺，現場胎痕則是31.5公尺，初步研判是煞車失靈。警方調查，駕駛黃勝森有十多年大客車駕駛經驗，酒測值為零，警訊後依業務過失致死罪移送法辦。
