稱患強迫症忍不住　男子偷車內1塊錢遭逮

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市1名在建築工地擔任保全的張姓男子，今天上午9時許侵入1輛停在八里區商港路旁的汽車，不料搜刮許久只偷到1塊錢硬幣，被在旁抽菸的車主目睹全程，車主立即報警，警方到場將才剛偷完的張嫌逮捕。
 
警方調查，57歲的張姓男子患有強迫症，並有申領殘障手冊，8月份同樣曾在板橋侵入路旁未上鎖的汽車偷竊1盒面紙遭逮。張嫌供稱因罹患強迫症，會忍不住想要偷東西，雖有固定就診服藥，但只要未服藥就會忍不住衝動，但卻常忘了吃藥才會犯案，警方訊後將張嫌依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
