請問停車位畫在共同持有土地上的合法性

請看使照竣工平面圖,停車位是不是設計就有的.
(一般沒挖地下停車,法車就會設計在一樓及法定空地上,不然放哪??)
至於購買....兩願,一個肯賣一個肯買就沒問題了.

這種一定會做分管的(跟所有區分所有權人都要做),也就是約定專有(用),
分管做的好就不怕,至於爭議...就是大法官解釋了都還會有,告不告的贏罷了.
