味元賣過期2年澱粉　流向西北食品遭檢調搜索

食安問題再添一筆！台北市味元公司涉嫌將過期的澱粉延長保存期限2年，再重新對外販售，台北地檢署13日上午兵分3路，前往台北、桃園等地進行搜索，並將約談莊姓負責人到案說明。

味元公司將過期的澱粉重新包裝，把過期日期往後延2年，再重新賣出，據報導，主要製作火鍋料的西北食品也有進貨，但大多數產品都已流向市面，目前只剩49包樹薯粉，約1.2公噸還放在庫存，而當初到底進多少數量，西北食品還在追查中。

檢調人員今天發動搜索，搜查味元公司的台北總公司、桃園倉庫等3處，並帶回進銷貨紀錄、會計帳冊，要釐清味元公司到底將多少過期澱粉賣出，並賣給哪幾家下游廠商。
