【動新聞】抽屜塞百萬鈔　劉政池女：全家窮

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻的胞弟劉政池被控竊佔陽明山國有地，蓋豪宅、挖地庫計劃開發溫泉會館，檢調搜索劉政池家時，劉妻突大喊：「小心，抽屜裡都是現金。」檢調打開其中幾個抽屜，果然裝滿大把千元鈔票，金額約百萬元；劉政池二女兒劉冠余應訊供稱「我家人都很窮」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，檢調搜索發現，劉家擁有賓利、BMW、賓士、林肯等名車，屋內擺設豪華，還有一個如家用冰箱大小、陶瓷製作的聚寶盆，辦案人員擔心碰撞賠不起，行動格外小心謹慎，連製作搜索筆錄都只敢席地而坐。檢方認定他涉犯竊佔國土、詐欺等罪，且有串證、逃亡之虞，向法院聲押禁見；法官認為劉僅竊佔國土犯行較明確，他雖常出入境， 無羈押必要，裁定300萬元交保並限制出境。
