台灣紅會 展開菲國災區物資發放

菲律賓中部遭海燕颱風肆虐，各地援助持續湧入。中華民國紅十字會派往菲律賓的第二梯賑災人員，會同菲律賓駐台代表白希禮，在宿霧北部災區先行展開物資發放。紅十字會總會長王清峰說，災區物資發放，將首重公平分配。

另外，截至11月15日，紅十字會已募到新台幣323萬677元。根據紅十字會賑災人員現場描述，由於菲國行政作業效率低落，賑濟物資堆放雜亂無序，使得原本單純的清點運送工作，都成了棘手考驗，但務必會將所有台灣人愛心送達災民。
