侵吞公款1萬餘元　清潔隊員判刑2年8月

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市沙鹿區林姓清潔隊員(39歲)，被控在去年4月間變賣1027公斤的廢鐵、3台報廢電視機共得款1萬1024元，卻未將變賣所得繳回入公帳，侵吞該筆款項。

林男坦承與同事一起變賣這批廢棄物，但辯稱已將款項交給陳姓班長，由於陳姓班長否認，因林男於警詢時對於將款項交給何人一再改口，也無交款證據，台中地院依侵占公有財務罪判他2年8月，並追繳侵占款項。
