貪污法官昨入監　情婦今也發監執行

【賴又嘉／台北報導】司法官集體收賄案上月最高法院判決定讞，高院前法官陳榮和、蔡光治、邱創舜及前檢察官邱茂榮、律師張權5人昨入監執行後，蔡光治的情婦賴瑞珍、邱創舜的同居人段美月，也因充當白手套及司法黃牛分別遭判4年、1年3月，賴、段2人今天上午也赴執行科報到，入監執行。
 
陳榮和、李春地、蔡光治因透過邱茂榮、邱創舜牽線，共收賄850萬元，分別將涉貪立委何智輝、前法官張炳龍改判無罪，事後又透過張權教唆偽證，最高法院上月將這些涉貪司法官各判刑1年6月到20年不等定讞，而賴、段2人也遭判刑定讞。
