台英司法互助　法務部：盼引渡林克穎回台受審

英籍印度商人林克穎涉嫌酒駕撞死送報生，被判刑4年定讞，居然在發監服刑前，持白人朋友護照潛逃出境，終於在今年10月17日在英國落網。法務部20日召開記者會表示，與英國簽署「關於林克穎引渡備忘錄」，透過兩國之間的司法互助，希望將林克穎引渡回台審理。

林克穎因酒駕撞死送報生，原本二審遭判刑4年定讞，並於去年9月發監服刑，但卻在同年8月持白人朋友護照潛逃出境，檢方於今年1月29日才發布通緝，令外界質疑是否為蓄意縱放，移民署也出面說明澄清。

法務部今天開記者會表示，曾和英國提出司法互助，並於10月16日簽署「關於林克穎引渡備忘錄」，10月17日林克穎就被英國警方逮捕落網，法務部也積極向英國提出讓林克穎引渡回台審理。

林克穎被英國警方逮捕後羈押，林克穎提出保釋案，蘇格蘭愛丁堡法院已於11月4日、14日開庭審理，將於英國時間21日開第3次庭。
