化工系畢業生製「毒郵票」4嫌違反藥事法起訴

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市林姓男子畢業於某國立大學化工系，與孔姓保全公司負責人共謀，製造「毒郵票」販售，去年7間，林男將合成迷幻劑MDPBP及25B-NBOME附著在郵票上，製成3800張毒郵票以2萬美金價格分批寄往美國出售，另於今年1月將「毒郵票」賣給張姓和陳姓男子，此外，林男也製造含有第三級毒品的香菸販售。
 
檢方指出MDPBP及25B-NBOME具迷幻作用，屬新興藥物尚未經《衛生署》列管，台中地檢署依違反《藥事法》將林男等4人起訴。
