網傳交通罰緩調漲　警斥：子虛烏有

【陳偉周／基隆報導】日前網路流傳一篇文章，寫著「本月2 0 日起，沒有車的人，通知一下有車族吧！」內容詳述關於交通罰緩，將全面調漲，包含紅燈右轉罰5400元，闖紅燈也由1800-3600元調整為3600-7200元，超速由1200-2400元，調為6000元，每超速1公里加罰100元。
 
對此，基隆市交通隊交安組組長李文雄回應，「子虛烏有！」並無所謂調漲罰緩，指出這篇文章半年前就在網路上流傳，呼籲民眾不要被誤導。
