《食人巨鷹 TRICO》製作人上田文人為遊戲延遲推出向玩家鄭重道歉

　　2009 年 6 月發表的 PS3 動作冒險遊戲《食人巨鷹 TRICO（The Last Guardian）》遲遲未能確定發售日期，遊戲製作人上田文人日前在接受 Edge 雜誌專訪時，也為作品不斷延遲推出而向玩家鄭重道歉。
　　這位一手催生《迷霧古城（ICO）》和《汪達與巨像（Shadow of the Colossus）》等經典作品的遊戲總監，在接受採訪時表示：「我感到十分抱歉，因各種因素讓玩家等待（《食人巨鷹 TRICO》）已久。」他也談到因開發團隊對於創意和細節的講究，讓這款眾人期待已久的遊戲，仍無法順利推出。
　　上田文人也補充：「我總是想增加創作速度。在《食人巨鷹 TRICO》中，我的創造工作已完成一段時日，但對於細節部分能何時、何處以及如何完成，卻已超越我的掌握。」
　　此外，已於 2011 年離開 SCE、但仍會監督《食人巨鷹 TRICO》完成的上田文人，在訪談中同時談到，他手頭仍有其他廠商合作的遊戲開發計畫，但並未透露其他新作細節。
