柯林頓、歐普拉 獲總統自由勳章

美國總統歐巴馬20日在白宮主持一年一度的總統自由勳章頒發典禮，表揚前總統柯林頓、脫口秀主持人歐普拉溫芙蕾等數十位傑出美國公民。

總統自由勳章是美國政府頒給平民的最高榮譽，1945年由杜魯門設立，原是表揚在二戰有貢獻的人，甘迺迪1963年將頒獎制度現代化。
