【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】新竹市一名43歲陳姓日語女老師，今年6月深夜返家，在自家電梯口遭歹徒以電擊棒及水果刀攻擊，造成臉部和胸部被刺傷，遭洗劫2千多元，嫌犯羅勝安（39歲）最後向警方自首，陳女才知歹徒竟是自己鄰居。新竹地院依強盜罪，判處羅勝安6年徒刑。

陳女當時被羅男搶劫，驚恐地出示被攻擊的傷痕，衣服也沾染血跡，得知搶匪竟是對門鄰居，氣罵：「我跟他無怨仇，還搶鄰居，真想揍他幾拳洩恨！」今日出版的《聯合報》報導，羅嫌向警方坦承，因老婆賺的薪水比他多，再加上簽運動彩券缺錢，陷入自卑感情緒中才會起歹念。法官認為，羅嫌造成被害人身心重創，依攜帶凶器強盜罪，判他6年徒刑。
