大馬國防長：無須向台道歉

（中央社記者郭朝河吉隆坡20日專電）馬來西亞國防部長希山慕丁認為，基於防不勝防理由，大馬無須就沙巴仙本那岸外度假村台灣男女遭擄被殺事件向台灣道歉。

根據馬來西亞媒體今天報導，希山慕丁認為沙巴雖然有設立沙巴東部特別保安指揮區（ESSCOM）和沙巴東部安全區（ESSZONE），但沙巴範圍廣大，令大馬執法單位不容易監控。

不過，他強調這起案件目前已由警方接管，而警察與國防衛隊軍人也已從前日在仙本那加強巡邏，以確保海上保安措施。

他解釋，大馬警方與台灣已密切配合調查擄殺案件，加上國防衛隊、海軍將與警方緊密配合，可望增進破案速度。1021120
