【劉昌松／台北報導】辜家二少辜仲瑩被控7年前擔任開發金控總經理時，利用併購金鼎證機會掏空公司，違反《證券交易法》等罪，台灣高等法院今天上午宣判，辜仲瑩遭判刑8月，減刑為4月，得易科罰金。
