hi,發問者您好：

攜帶槍砲刀械管制條例裡面所稱的刀械，才會違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例。

目前列管的項目包括：武士刀、手杖刀、鴛鴦刀、手指虎、鋼 (鐵) 鞭、扁鑽、匕首。

消防斧不在上面的管制範圍內。

不過你不是警消或者義消，隨車帶著消防斧，總是怪怪的，警察攔檢到的時候，可能會請你回去問話。
