上網買環境清潔藥　小心買到假藥

【洪敏隆／台北報導】使用殺蟲劑、蟑螂藥，小心在網路上買到假藥！環保署稽查網路拍賣用藥，發現有些未取得環境用藥販賣許可執照，或是廣告不實標榜「無毒，貓狗吃到也沒關係」。環保署提醒，任何環境衛生用藥都有一定風險，非法環境用藥恐有非法化學物質，暴露化學環境風險對人體有害。

環保署表示，將要求網路平台公司善盡告知會員及把關責任，近日將召開公聽會，邀雅虎、露天等9家網拍平台業者，研議賣家要販售環境用藥，平台必須篩選取得「環署衛製字」、「環署衛輸字」合格展品才可以販售，確保民眾購買無虞。

環保署表示，今年到10月各地環保局稽查裁處網站拍賣環藥違規有14件，有未取得許可證的蟑螂藥、廚衛清潔藥，還有標榜「無毒」的不實廣告，另外還有人可能因為購買的衛環藥，一次的量太多，私自在拍賣網站甚至自己的臉書拍賣多餘的藥，環署表示，此也算違法，只要沒有取得販賣許可執照，私自販售都算觸法，可處6萬至30萬元罰鍰。
