iPhone新增的聯絡人資訊無法自動同步到iPad上 ？？？

想請教各位要怎樣才能解決當我在iPhone的聯絡資訊新增聯絡人，iPad也會自動出現該聯絡人的資訊。

裝置：iPhone 5S x1 (iOS版本7.0.4)
iPad Air Wi-Fi版 x1 (iOS版本7.0.4)

網路環境：同時使用家中的Wi-fi上網

經過交叉測試的結果如下：

提醒事項：
1.在iPhone新增資料 -> iPad 自動出現資料 = 正常
2.在iPad 新增資料 -> iPhone 自動出現資料 = 正常

行事曆：
1.在iPhone新增資料 -> iPad 自動出現資料 = 正常
2.在iPad 新增資料 -> iPhone 自動出現資料 = 正常

聯絡資訊
1.在iPhone新增資料 -> iPad 不會自動出現資料 = 異常
2.在iPad 新增資料 -> iPhone 自動出現資料 = 正常
3.在電腦上使用 iCloud網頁新增資料 -> iPad 自動出現資料 = 正常

難道是iOS設定上的問題嗎？如果設定有問題，那麼提醒事項跟行事曆應該也會隨之有問題才對？
