越南對不銹鋼反傾銷

越南初判台灣冷軋不銹鋼有傾銷行為，國內不銹鋼龍頭廠燁聯（9957）遭課13.23%反傾銷稅，今年前10月台灣銷越南冷軋不銹鋼總量為7664公噸，金額約3.5億元，業界認為影響不太大。

市場人士指出，越南政府首次對於從台灣進口的冷軋不銹鋼課徵反傾銷稅，主要是受到南韓浦項越南廠影響，浦項在越南有年產20萬公噸冷軋不銹鋼廠的產線，要求越南政府對此進行保護，設立貿易障礙。

業者表示，台灣銷往越南的不銹鋼總量合計每年約1.5萬公噸，但是冷軋不銹鋼今年1月至10月總量7664公噸，同比類推今年的銷量約9200公噸，依目前400系冷軋每公噸4.5萬元計，全年金額在4.1億元上下，不算太大。
