開車撞人僅道歉　肇逃判6個月徒刑

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名39歲楊姓女子，7個多月前，開車不慎擦撞倒徒步的周姓男子左腳，楊女只丟下一句「不好意思」，就駕車離去，周男無法接受，記下車號報警處理，楊女到案後坦承撞倒人，但辯稱：「對方未走在路邊且沒受傷始離去」，因周男堅持提告，楊女仍被移送法辦。
 
全案經宜蘭地院審結，認為楊女肇事後逃離現場確實不該，今天依肇事致人於傷害而逃逸罪，判處6月徒刑，得易科罰金18萬元，但考量車禍肇因於周男未遵守交通規則靠邊行走，及突然往左偏行未注意來車，致楊女閃避不及，且楊女目前失業中，還得與兄弟姊妹共同撫養父母，予以緩刑2年。
