陸豐國小老師涉性騷擾 縣教育處調查

媒體接獲投訴並報導竹縣陸豐國小林姓老師行為失當，新竹縣教育處今天表示，全案已進入調查，如查證屬實，會依法嚴懲，決不寬貸；據了解，最嚴重懲處不排除解聘。

陸豐國小林姓老師曾掌摑學生，校方列入輔導，但他又被檢舉播放情慾片做為給學生「獎賞」供觀看，還做出性騷擾行為，校方已依先後記他4次申誡，涉性騷擾部分正由學校組性平會調查中。

縣教育處今天說，教育處將等調查報告，如調查屬實且情節重大，可由學校報縣府核准後解聘。

縣府也將請專家周一到校協助，進行全校宣導與輔導。
