不實核銷公關費 前員榮院長判刑7個月

榮總系統的宜蘭員山榮民醫院傳出弊案！前任院長游漢欽與秘書室主任及辦事員，涉嫌以「不實收據核銷公關費」，宜蘭地方法院審理終結，全案依偽造文書罪嫌，將游漢欽院長等3人各判處有期徒刑7個月、緩刑2年。

判決書指出，宜蘭縣員山榮民醫院秘書室郭姓辦事員，為方便行事，將前任院長游漢欽、秘書室鄭姓主任用來「招待外賓」先行代墊的費用，累積達一定金額之後，再填寫成1張向餐廳索取的不實收據，以「公關費」項目進行核銷。

調查指出，郭姓辦事員為避免字跡相同，還找他人幫忙代寫收據，全案涉及偽造文書，依法判處3人各7個月徒刑，緩刑2年。
