通保法礙辦案？ 高志鵬：人權為重

通保法修法可望在今天三讀通過，但警界憂心會影響案件偵查。民進黨團幹事長高志鵬說，他要提醒司法單位或警察部門，要以人權為重，不是破案就是最優先。

高志鵬說，關於通保法的修法，朝野都有一定共識，不能為了司法官或司法警察一時的便利，就犧牲掉人民通訊自由。在充分溝通後，已堅守住原則，會讓通保法順利上路，最多只是在事務上、做法上變得較繁瑣，絕不會影響辦案或破案的問題存在，當然行政部門會希望便宜行事，但有時治安好壞和程序的繁複與否，根本無關，期盼能達成兼顧治安跟人權的目標。
