為什麼我玩任何遊戲都會盪掉?

我每次開電腦玩遊戲時，一開始進去還可以動，但是過了一、兩分鐘後就盪掉，根本不能動！拿去重灌後，還是依樣.......希望各位大大幫我
我玩的遊戲:
1:LOL英雄聯盟
2:NBA 2KOnline
3:AVA戰地之王

(我現在用的是Windows XP)
