地方法院判決 Samsung 侵犯 Apple 專利。

Apple 與 Samsung 之戰的專利戰持續進行，美國地方法院 22 日就 Apple 和 Samsung 於去年春天提出的第二場專利訴訟發布簡易判決，法官 Lucy Koh 判決 Samsung 侵犯 Apple 自動修正的相關專利。Lucy Koh 同時也宣布 Samsung 有 5 項專利失效，因為 Apple 已證明皆為已有技術（prior art） 。

Apple 在 2012 年夏天和 Samsung 間第一場專利訴訟中幾乎贏得全面勝利，獲得 10 億 5,000 萬美元的損害補償，不過在這場官司的判決後裁判與上訴都仍在進行中。

和第一場官司一樣，Apple 利用非標準關鍵專利（non-standard-essential）對抗 Samsung，幾乎大獲全勝。到目前為止 Samsung 除了在韓國本土外，仍未得任何判決。另外在標準關鍵專利方面，也未真正贏得勝利。而 Samsung 和 Google 旗下的 Motorola 目前都因為以標準關鍵專利進行訴訟，而在歐盟和其他國家受到調查。

而 Samsung 被判侵犯 Apple 專利的是目前智慧型手機都可以見到的自動修改錯字系統，這有可能做為 Apple 控告其他 Android 廠商和 Google 的武器。這場訴訟的下一場戰役將在今年 3 月開打。
