中國城管常被認為是橫行霸道的有照流氓，繼上月青海湟中縣44歲婦人被城管連打10多個耳光後，陝西西安昨也發生城管打人事件。

西安柿園路昨日早上10時許，1名當街擺攤的小販被1名據稱是城管的男子禁止離開，雙方發生爭執，期間城管出手掌摑及毆打小販。即使路人好言勸阻，城管亦充耳不聞。直至有路人開罵，城管才收手離開，而城管打人片段也被人拍下上網。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
