請問有淋浴柱下放像瀑布一樣的出水孔嗎??

因為浴室太小了~~老婆堅持要做浴缸~~本來之前考慮到下面要使用像鋪不一樣的出水孔~~
按這裡檢視圖片
但統包說因為這樣又會犧牲掉一些空間~~
所以後來就放棄~~其實今天去看~~其實沒想像中那麼小~~~
但因為都砌好了~~也沒辦法更改了~~
但使用淋浴柱下方的出水孔~~~怕水壓一大會亂濺~~
所以想問看看有沒有淋浴柱有淋浴的功能下面又有像圖片一樣有瀑布的出水孔
拜託知道的大大們解答一下吧~~找很久了都沒找到~~
