洪案宣判　沈威志委任律師「不接受將上訴」

陸軍542旅旅部連下士洪仲丘虐死案昨宣判，前旅長沈威志在宣前第一時間就表明「我應判無罪！」今委任律師郭志偉表示，目前沒有收到判決書，不知道法官心證為何，所以細節無法得知，但已決定要上訴，對於法官判決當事人表示沒有辦法接受。

另外，連長徐信正平鎮家中今沒人，委任律師袁健峰也未接電話沒有新的回應，昨曾轉述徐信尹的看法，覺得判8個月太重不公平，而新屋范佐憲家今也無人，范母在宣判前夕曾對媒體表達「兒子被冤枉！」而且根本不是如外所說個壞人，而范父昨也在法院說，兒子是個月光族，早知道當初就不迴避媒體，讓外界把兒子塑造成壞人的形象。（黎百代／桃園報導）
