標題[請益] 關於面試攜帶成績單

各位好前輩們好 先描述一下我的基本背景 本身從事傳統產業的治具還有機構部分設計研發也已經有四年的時間了 但是自己大學讀的是運動休閒科系 畢業後參加職訓轉換跑道 最近轉換工作 面試的公司要我攜帶畢業成績單 因為大學無心讀書成績被當了一屁股 而且我大學也不是讀機械相關科系(休閒運動與管理) 請問畢業成績單會影響我面試成績嗎? 另外..非本科系在產業會不好找工作嗎? 面試時，與主管會談愉快， 結果資料後送至人資卻在科系資格審核上被打槍的情形也很多次了.. 很多都是我很想加入的公司團隊 對此情形扼腕不已.... 現在認真考慮是不是該花個時間進修，取得相關科系學位 請各位前輩先賢幫忙指點迷津 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.85.61
