標題[請益] 離職薪資發放問題

小弟已向公司提出離職申請，離職單也送簽了 目前還在流程中，尚未簽核完畢 今天是10號理當要發上一個月的薪資 結果詢問人資，他說我在離職簽核中，所以把我的四月薪水先扣住 要等所有簽核流程走完才會再一併結算發給我 這樣合理嗎～～～一般公司都是這樣嗎 我打去勞工局問是說應該要照常發薪 況且四月我本來就都還是正常上班的 請有這方面經驗的人解惑 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.70.229.220
