在野杯葛 國民黨力推核四公投受阻

立法院今天朝野協商延會事宜，經在野黨團強力杯葛，朝野決定改舉行臨時會，國民黨團要力推的年金和核四公投案都因此延遲一個月，也為是否能如期通過，增添變數。

根據朝野協商結論，第一次臨時會將在6月13日舉行，13日上午舉行談話會後，下午接續開始臨時會，一路進行到27日，包含舉行委員會審查，處理年金、國營事業預算等。

國民黨團提出延會案做為討論事項第一案，事先並未和在野黨團協商，讓三個在野黨團都覺得不受尊重，決定抵制，在院長王金平協調下，決定不延會，讓院會在五月底落幕，休息一周後，於6月13日舉行臨時會。
