南投縣埔里鎮民眾電梯受困

今天下午1點43分的六級地震，震央在仁愛鄉，南投縣埔里鎮忠孝二路一處民宅電梯停擺，埔里鎮公所前主秘楊德嘉，當時急著回家關爐火，一進電梯，就聽見一大聲喀拉喀拉聲音，接著電梯停擺，受困二十分鐘，目前已脫困。
