台塑配股利僅1.6元、十年來最差　老董坦言：難交代

台塑公司14日舉行102年度股東會，受歐美景氣不佳影響，配發股利僅有1.6元，不但比2008年金融海嘯的2.5元還低，也是2002年以來最差的表現。面對這樣的成績，董事長李志村難辭其咎，坦言確實很難向股東交代。

李志村表示，去年全球經濟景氣很不好，以出口為導向的台灣也被拖累，這樣的成績對股民很抱歉，但也是沒辦法的事，至於下半年的景氣，他認為不安定的因素還在，但應該會朝慢慢好轉的趨勢發展。

但他直言，就算台塑營運困難、獲利表現不好，但還是要照顧員工，為員工加薪。

資料顯示，台塑101年營收新台幣1730.34億元，達成預定目標的98%，但比100年度1876.03億元衰退8%，稅前盈餘164.04億元，達成預定目標206.63億元的79%，較100年度405.62億元衰退60%，每股稅後盈餘2.4元。
