台南查獲電鍍廠偷排高濃廢水罰六十萬令停工

台南市太乙工業區內有一家電鍍工廠，將事業廢水直接排入二仁溪，嚴重污染河川，被台南市環保局查獲，由於排放廢水濃度超過放流標準八十六倍，除了被重罰新台幣六十萬元，工廠也遭到強制勒令停工。

台南市政府環保局與檢警單位合作執行聯合稽查行動，發現有一家電鍍工廠以塑膠軟管及抽水泵浦，將廢水槽內沒有經過處理的事業廢水，直接排入二仁溪。稽查人員除立即制止業者繼續排放汙水，並當場採樣蒐證，化驗結果發現電鍍廠所排放沒有經過處理的汙水，含有害人體物質，最高濃度超過放流標準八十六倍。

台南市政府環保局長張皇珍表示，取締汙染的行動沒有灰色地帶，業者違法行為，情節重大，除依法重罰六十萬元，並勒令工廠停工。
