掉髮請問用哪個生髮液好?

原本掉髮很嚴重 目前當兵才發現頭盔裡面常常黏住一大堆頭髮
也一堆人叫我快點去用生髮液

想說買看看生髮液
而最常講的就是落健
上網查還有柔配
1個抹的1個吃的哪個最好?

另外問一下 用了以上東西是不是就要一輩子使用?

我的頭髮目前是前面快出現M字形 頭頂也髮量變少了
