吳敦義稱電子商務第三方支付會有兼籌並顧決定

【晏明強／台北報導】副總統吳敦義上午出席台灣平面顯示器暨台北國際光電週開幕典禮，他致詞時表示，過去面板業曾在量與銷售間陷入低潮，但目前已撥雲見日，相信光電產業一定可以燦爛發光。

吳敦義還表示，電子商務方興未艾，兩岸將於21日簽署服務貿易協議，大陸對電子商務將有重大開放，容許台商在福建設據點可持股超過55%，握有掌控權。至於近日引發爭議的第三方支付問題，吳也透露，「應該也會有個兼籌並顧的決定」。
