調查：加拿大上班族滿意度居G8之冠

英國人力資源組織「特許人事和發展協會」（CIPD）針對G8國家的調查結果顯示，加拿大上班族最快樂，91%受訪者表示對生活滿意，其次依序是英國、德國、義大利與美國，法國則在G8國家當中敬陪末座。

若加入巴西、俄羅斯、印度、中國與南非金磚五國（BRICS）來比較，印度上班族最不快樂，僅39%受訪者對工作滿意。另外，日本勞動力年齡最高，俄羅斯最不願僱用女性主管。

不令人意外的是，CIPD發現薪資與生活滿意度有密切關係。
