Hershey操控巧克力價格　遭加國罰1.1億

【綜合報導】美國知名巧克力製造商Hershey（賀喜公司），昨日承認和其他廠商「一同合夥」，參與操控巧克力價格，並同意繳交400萬加拿大幣（約新台幣1.1億元）罰款。 　

加拿大競爭局（Competition Bureau of Canada）表示，加拿大當局之前接獲密告，表示有多家廠商涉嫌在2002~2008年間，聯合壟斷巧克力價格，本月稍早在此案中提告Hershey、雀巢（Nestle）、瑪氏（Mars）和一群獨立的批發商。
