請教景深計算與避免景深過淺的問題

小弟玩單眼的時間沒有很久，我用的是35 1.4的鏡頭，在拍人的時候常有景深過淺的問題，我知道太淺就是要縮光圈，但是常常回來的時候才發現拍的太淺了，為了避免景深過淺，有一段時間只敢開f4~f8拍，之前有參考景深計算機和一些公式，但是還是看不太懂。
請問要如何正確的控制景深，距離多遠給多少光圈，主體清淅背景模糊呢？
