MSI 5770 HAWK想升級

小弟的MSI 5770 Hawk已經用了好幾年, 玩BF3單機還勉強ok, 但多人玩得很痛苦, 再加上之後的BF4, 想升級..
現有配備:
CPU: Intel i5-750 2.66GHz
MB: GIGABYTE P55-UD6
RAM: kingston 1333 DDR3 4G
Power: be quiet! 580W
HDD: WD 1T
Win 7 64

預算6K~7K, 以AMD系列為主(換N家怕驅動變換會有一堆問題), 有在考慮MSI 7850 PE 2GD5/OC (因為效能好像還ok加上有防彎板), 或者是7870..
但現在有幾個問題:
1. 不知道7870哪家的比較好? 可以推薦一下嗎?
2. 另有玩家說7850PE可穩超到1050以上, 這樣效能可以跟追上7870嗎? 如果把7850超到1000以上, 跟7870畫面會一樣好&順暢嗎? 這是小弟選擇7850PE or 7870的關鍵..
3. 另外想請問各位把RAM從4G-->8G對遊戲流暢度有幫助嗎? 謝謝~
