房地產不敗神話之全家省吃儉用都為一間房

但要澄清一點,會要這麼做,不是為了面子,是真的需要間房子,小弟工作的地方,基本三房(室內約20來坪...)
目前5年中古屋實際成交1100多萬,新成屋最低1250起跳...,有人會說那可以住遠一點啊,但工作要值班,要on-call,還有萬惡的責任制....,買近點,至少晚餐時還可以溜回來看小孩一下...,半夜被call,回公司至少路上安全.....
所以房價不合理,還是買了....,出於無奈...非面子...

ps. 附近三房租金兩萬三起跳,不含管理費....
